We all know the plight of Soldier's families, we all know the supreme sacrifice they make for our MOTHERLAND. We all know the job profile they have.

But do they get in return what they are entitled to? Do they get the respect they deserve? Do their families get their worth for what they sacrifices each day?

This is the pay they get and few other non monetary benefits. Now some of us will argue that soldiers do not join our forces for money. Ofcourse they do not. 

But the families who have donated their earning member to the country, the families which have gone through tough emotional days when their member is out of contact for months and is in war, the families which have nothing but pride left of being one to sacrifice for our country, deserves a lot more than what they get today, monetarily as well as in kind.

Soldiers do not earn for country anything 'monetarily'. They earn , what non of us here can earn sitting at home. They earn the defense of our country, they earn us our pride, our sleeps, our families our life.

We are always mistaken that we earn our living by ourselves. But it is the Indian Soldiers who have a substantial share in such earnings.

And the things they sacrifice for earning us life is entirely their's. They sacrifice their family life, the joy of being in loved one's arms, relief of being with friends, watching their children grow up, helping their old parents in their last times, the sound sleep at night, the pleasant climate of home, enjoying festivals with family, buying a chocolate for kid and what not. And many of them sacrificing their life for our sake, for the people who tends to forget them very easily.

People of India only remembers our fighters only when they are in trouble.

Otherwise its the cricketer who is GOD and Bollywood actors who are HEROES. Its the politicians who earns in crores and terrorists who enjoy Chicken Biriyani. Its we who lives happily with our families, close and connected always.

And its all possible because a soldiers stays awake so that we can sleep, a soldier takes on bullets so that we can lite up crackers, a soldier gets all red due to blood so that we can play holi, a soldiers stays away from family for months so that we can stay with ours through out, Finally, there dies a soldier so that we can live, what we call as 'Our hard earned life'.

Think, do the Indian Soldiers really deserve only that what they get today, monetarily and non monetarily?
